Golden Guarantee Policy

We guarantee the product for life.

Nickles will bear the free maintenance, provided that

1- Providing proof of purchase.

2- The damage must not be caused by misuse .

Maintenance points:

1- The item to be repaired is handed over to the employee at the Nickels Gold and Jewelry showroom and it is repaired according to the time estimated by the employee.

2- The item will be shipped to the main office, and the customer will bear the full shipping costs. Nickels will only bear the maintenance costs.

Maintenance involves modifying the broken chain and installing zircon stones or other items, in addition to cleaning and polishing the piece.
